service at Makro is appauling from the time one orders to the delivery and also when one has to return items, purchased items online items were not delivered after hours i had to go into store to collect whats the point of delivery? last week i returned some items received an email yesterday they require my details for a refund i was not told this in store i opted for the sms voucher apparently this is the quickest form of credit, receive another email sms option takes 2 to 3 days IS THIS A JOKE??? Jermina Mabaso has not bothered to reply to my emails.
