Pathetic service! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
The WORST experience and pathetic service! I have had numerous issues with online orders when Makro Struben Valley and Value express are involved.
Order placed 6 Dec Partial order 15 Dec No resolution till date from Value Express or Makro
They simple ignore calls and mails

If I didn’t sort this out personally at the store, I would ask you where is the intent to dispatch the goods or refund me etc
But don’t worry, a customer sorted things out and not makro!
Next time, rather don’t respond to hello Peter review of you have no solution
