Pathetic service - Do not honour warranty

Bought a pool cleaner online, opened the box and put it into pool, worked for short time, called support line, received no support so returned it for credit. Was send for assessment as it was opened (how am I supposed to know if it works without opening and testing it - common knowledge is out the window). Now its gone for repairs, 2 weeks later still waiting for feedback and refund. Makro no longer honour its 14 day money back warranty or the 2 year warranty on the product (Keepy Krauly warranty counts for nothing). Really pathetic service, just made up my mind not to buy from them in future.
