Pathetic Service Delivery

I bought a welding machine at Makro Ottery. The salesman was very nice in selling the product to us but he and Makro failed to tell us that after 14 days if the product is broken, you'll have to wait 21 days for it to be repaired. when I took it in and asked why don't they explain to their customers the 14-day policy seeing that it's not even on the till slip, they said, " oh you should've read your manual" after nobody tells you anything. Makro should be ashamed of themselves!!!!
