Pathetic Service delivery

I just want to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in your delivery service . I was sent an sms 14:02 to inform me that the order was picked up by your courier. I was told that delivery would be between 12 and 6pm . After repeated calls to your courier driver , SHE eventually arrived at 7pm . Makro sent 2 ladies to deliver a washing machine ????? They could not carry it off from the bakkie and furthermore it was supposed to be delivered to my UPSTAIRS apartment . Absolutely shocking to expect a lady to carry a washing machine . I am in total shock that Makro would expect a lady to carry such a heavy item . I had to arrange for someone to help her off load it from the bakkie . The lady eventually left it outside in the parking lot to lay outside for the night and now I have to employ 2 males to carry it upstairs tomorrow. Let alone the inconvenience of wasting my time and entire day , I have to waste the morning as well trying to arrange labour to carry this item .

I am totally disgusted at your pathetic service delivery. I guess I will not even get a response either .

Will never support this establishment again .
