Pathetic service debited my account and not refunded since the 5/2/26

Pathetic service debited my account and not refunded since the 5/2/26. Every time I call they say it is escalated. I have also logged an ombudsman complaint. They have not refunded an amount of R6584 since the 5/2/26 . I have sent all proof of payment
