Pathetic Service

I placed an order online-MAK*** One of the items was incorrect and I’ve been calling back and forth asking them to pick up the wrong item and deliver what I ordered to no avail!

They promise to follow up and to give feedback and nothing happens. This is disappointing because all my previous online orders went very smoothly.

Surely I can’t be begging for weeks to get what I paid for????
