Pathetic service

I ordered a Raleigh BMW 20 inch bicycle for my son on the 24th of November 2023, and I still have not received it besides me calling them on a daily basis. Each time I call them I get told to contact Wumdrop the courier service, well they don't seem to know their behinds from their elbows, told me on friday last week to contact M Mabasa who is doing the delivery, I did and he said he was on the way. Well he never arrived on friday. Then they supposedly called me on sunday, I don't have any calls or missed calls. Then they apparently tried to deliver the bicycle but I wasn't here, guess why I was getting it delievered to my business address which is in a business park and I don't work on weekends. When I phoned Wumdrop yesterday they say they sent it back to Makro and there is nothing they can do about it. So I called Makro back and told them to deliver it yesterday before 15:00 as I am now tired of this mess. Well it's tuesday the 5th of December and I still don't have it...
