Pathetic service

I bought a stove from Makro. Montaque Gardens, Milnerton. It arrived on 2 December 2023. The oven stores were not aligned. There were dents and scratches. I have been trying for 5 days to get them to collect it without success. They don’t answer phone or respond to emails. I visited the store on 5 December and was promised it be collected the following day. I’m still waiting. What a **** show. Everything about makro is pathetic.
