Pathetic service

Pathetic service I purchased a treadmill and was told delivery will be made on 21 November 2025. I called Makro at 4:30 only to be told that delivery was made on 19 November 2025. The agent then dropped the call. I called back only to be told that delivery could not be made because they had not verified my address. I was told to send an email and call the courier company myself to make arrangements, yet I paid Makro not the courier company. So now I'm confused because the first agent said delivery was made the second one says it was not made. After repeatedly requesting to speak to a senior I was put through to a senior. He agreed that delivery will be made on 24 November at 4:30. The courier company called me at 2:30 and said well we are leaving the treadmill at your gate, we will not deliver at 4:30. It was pouring in Centurion, so I had to ask a neighbour to please keep the delivery out of the rain for me. I will never purchase online again from Makro.
