pathetic service

The experience i have been having regarding my refund is beyond terrible no one seems to know what they are doing. all they say is that they are escalating to finance, my request has been escalated to the finance department for over 30 days now and no one follows up or updates me. when i follow up all i get is a lousy "we have escalated your case to finance" for 30 days just for a refund for items they cancelled
