Pathetic Service

On 26/02/2024 I made an online purchase. The delivery was within 2 days. Today is the 29/02/2024 and I have still not received my delivery. I receive an email stating that the delivery could not be made and that I will be contacted to reschedule, I am still awaiting this. I had to contact the customer service department to query, only to find that my goods are with another courier company. This is absolutely shocking, this is my first time doing a online order with Makro which is a nightmare. This is my first and last order with them. I am terribly disgusted with this service
