Pathetic service

been waiting for my refund from Makro Riversands since January, no one is able to resolve the issue, when i call them or when they call me they are always explaining the mixed up that was done between the ironing board order and the plug order but we are not getting to the solution, today the last call from the Riversands branch was from the very angry lady that was so unprofessional, she is acting as if it is my fault that the order were mixed up by Makro and immidiately after my call, she went and reject my order just to be spitefully. MAKRO i want my refund
