Pathetic service by Makro Online

I have ordered an item from Makro Online via their App. The item was ordered on 16/12/2022 to date the I'm still waiting for the item. The estimated delivery has passed and when I check the delivery status on their app it keeps on saying in progress. It has been a whole month now. I have phoned several times and visited their stores at Silverlakes and Centurion only to be told that they will follow up with the manufacture. How pathetic?
