Pathetic Service by Makro Online
I ordered a book named "Lean in 15 - The Shape Plan", order number MAK ***, on Tuesday 28 September 2021. According to Makro this book was out of stock and would be delivered to me within 7 working days.
On 7 October 2021 I received a totally incorrect delivery via their couriers, a book named "The Bomber Mafia"
I immediately contacted them and sent e-mails but was told the same story over and over again that the couriers will come and collect the wrong delivery and that the actual order will be delivered accordingly.
As I am busy writing this review on 14 October 2021 I still have not received my order.
For a large and seemingly, or as I thought, reputable Company, this is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service.
I do not know if and when I will receive my order, how difficult can this be.
