Pathetic service by Makro

During Black Friday week, I purchased a ps4 Spider-Man bundle for R4499 with delivery to take place between 7-10 days. . On the 01/12 I received an email indicating that the delivery will only take place on the 14th. I thereafter received a telephone call from a gentleman from makro who promised that the delivery will take place by no later than the 14/12 , and apologized for the inconvenience caused.

My son had to wake up on Christmas Day to nothing! Makro seriously messed up our Christmas. It’s 6 weeks now and my son is still waiting! School goes back this week which means that my son will not get to enjoy his Christmas gift which we are still waiting for!!!
