Pathetic service by Derick and Alberto from Centurion Makro

I bought a vacuum cleaner and a pressure washer in Makro Polokwane both failed to meet my minimum expectations.

When I return them in Centurion branch first, I was instructed to return them to Polokwane and later they made a turn; and only the pressure washer was accepted.

They started to come with technicallities, that the box was oppened and later the vacuum was used.

They return policy is salient when it comes to the issue of opening items and only mentioned the 14 days grace period.

The two gentlemen by the name of Derick and Alberto they don't have time to listen to customer complains is only their way or else and have no regards to customer complains.

They masquerade as if they own Makro.

I left the parcel that I bought from the aforesaid two gentlemen in the store.

The vacuum was brought on Saturday 16 of September 2023 with a grace period of 14 days and the last date being Friday 29 of September 2023.
