Pathetic Service!!!!!!

#MAK***. I placed an order on the 3rd of Dec and received it on the 6th Dec. Completely different from what I wanted. Logged a return and refund immediately and had to phone numerous times to find out when collection will take place... eventually happened on I think the 11th or 12th of December, but wait, only part of the order gets picked up. Another 10 calls later the second part gets picled up on the 17th of Dec. Yet another 10 calls later all I get is that the refund has been created, but still no refund. We are at 31st Dec..... This is the utmost aweful experience. Not to mention that this was suppose to be Christmas presents.... Furthermore, when you order groceries online there is ALWAYS items out of stock, but when you go into the store the next day when collecting your order, the shelfs are fully loaded with stock!! Disgrace!! If you don't want to serve your customers go look for another job!! We need people who wants to do their jons and actaully keep their REGULAR customers happy. # MAKRO WONDERBOOM!!!
