Pathetic service!!!!!

I purchased a Samsung stove and oven unit from Makro Woodmead about 2 years ago and I took an extended warranty for It. On Saturday the 30 of November 2019 my stove blew up and I called *** and told the agent the problem and he assured us that he would mark it as urgent. He gave me ref no 410947 for the call. Today is the 5th of December and after about 15 calls to this call centre during the week, I Still haven't heard a thing from anybody!!!!! . It's been 6 days and we have been without a stove all this while. I even called the woodmead branch and spoke to sadhiya, the store 2nd in charge, and she assured us that she will get back to us, but she too is just as useless as her call centre as I haven't heard anything from her as well. I am utterly disgusted with the service from Makro. We thought we had peace of mind buying from a big organisation and moreover buying an extended warranty but we find ourselves without a stove for Six days. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!
