Pathetic service
Giving one star because there isn't an option for 0. This is my second hello Peter complaint about the same order but lack of delivery. All I've asked for is the products that I've paid for or a refund but until now, there's no resolution.

05 Dec 2023, 13:10I don't think you understand anything at this point. I've received a similar response to my first complaint a few days ago and I still haven't received a response. Does anyone actually look at these reviews. Have you had a look at the complaints on Facebook??? No one has contacted me nor processed a refund or got my parcel delivered. I'm given the run around daily! I need a senior to call me urgently!! Btw, called your head office yesterday and was told that all the people that can deal with escalations leave early because its December!!! This was from 1 pm...so it's ok to take a consumers money, not provide the goods and then still have a wonderful December??? I will never order from Makro again. Take some tips from takealot in the new year when you guys resume normal working hours.
