Pathetic service

I logged a return in November and my unopened item was collected on 1 December. I have been following up daily on my refund only to be told it's still pending approval. I have spoken to Zanele Mpelazwe at the call centre amongst other consultants. I went to Makro Montague Gardens where Vuyo in the online department told me she'll let me know about my refund. That was on 9 December and I havent heard back from her. I will never buy from them again.
