Pathetic service

I purchased an A 1 watch online. I recieved it on 26 Jan. Due to a death in the family I could not check out the watch. I cannot access watspp on the watch and now the watch doesn't even charge. I tried using the watspp line to communicate with the makro complaints. Getting no results from there either.
