Pathetic service at Makro Silverlakes

So disgusted in the service level at Makro Silverlakes. I placed an order online and paid. Today is collection and trying to get through to the store has been a challenge to say the least. I arranged for my father to collect. 1st I called 20 times this morning, the store does not answer the phones. Finally got through to some one to advise that my dad is collecting my order and he will present proof. 2nd he gets there and waits almost an hour as the order is not ready it still needs to be picked, then they come back and tell him they are sold out, why the hell did the order go through if there is no stock. Very poor service and such a waste of time, wasted petrol money and time to collect this order all the way in the east of Pretoria. &&& when will I get my refund?? or do I have to drive all the way back again for this.
