Pathetic service at Makro Crown Mines

On Friday I bought a set at Makro Crowns Mines.. When we got home we opened the box only to find that the TV screen is cracked.. Saturday morning I went to makro they told me there's nothing they can do is my fault they guy by the of Sthembiso Mvuso who is the "manager" was very rude he said we can go the legal way and we'll be wasting our time because we going to lose, the receptionist by the name Mary laughed at me and said is their gain and my lose.. We requested for the store manager they said he was not working only to find out that he was in his name is "Nicolas" so I'm soo disappointed by Makro I trusted them
