Pathetic service at Makro Amanzimtoti

Honestly, the worst experience and customer service. First I was sold items that had defects when I tried to return it they didn't have stock, so we kept it and used it. 6 months later it breaks down and we return it for a refund. The guy at the returns till did an appalling job and didn't want to assist us. This entire experience has left a bad taste and I will never shop at any Makro again.
