Pathetic service at cell phone division in Nelspruit store

Service at the Nelspruit store (cell phones) is a disgrace !! I would rather drive a bit further to the voda shop at the Grove than ever purchase any cellphone or tablet at Makro Nelspruit again. What a pity, as the rest of the staff in the store are excellent. You just lost a sale on 2 x galaxy tablets
