Pathetic service and ******* for selling items that doesn't work

I wouldn't even rate 1 star but not possible to rate lower!!! Never order anything online, especially something expensive and electronic because if it doesn't work, it is impossible to get hold of someone to assist you, they don't replace or give you an alternative option. Basically just rob you!!!!
