Pathetic service all round

Worst online experience ever. Placed order cannot deliver 10 km further from my home still in Cape Town, received the wrong order... Not even something close. Complained, Returned the order now no response, via email, website or call centre. Now they have my returned order, my money and just plain ignoring me. So I'm out of pocket which they better rectify soon. Absolutely pathetic service
