Pathetic service after ordering online from Makro

Pathetic service after ordering online. Received notification that parcel was collected by Dawn wing couriers. 1 Week later and there is still no parcel. After numerous calls to Dawn wing they have no records of any parcel collected from Makro. Suddenly the system on Makro website says In progress - Parcel packaged again. Numerous calls to Makro and emails. They cannot tell me where the order is..... Again I have tried, sent emails spent hundreds of rands on phone calls to them with promises that they will return my call and update me. Nothing. Absolutely useless. Still no parcel or update.
