Pathetic Service

I recently had a very frustrating experience with my order. I placed an order that was supposed to be fully delivered, but to my dismay, only one item arrived—and it was missing several crucial components.

I immediately reached out for assistance, calling, emailing, and even messaging via WhatsApp, hoping to resolve the issue quickly. Each time, I received the same vague response: "Someone will contact you." It's been over a week now, and despite my persistent efforts, I still have not received my missing items or any substantial follow-up from the customer service team.

The lack of communication and resolution has been incredibly disgusting. I expected better service and timely support, but unfortunately, I feel ignored and frustrated.
