Pathetic service

Makro makro! I ordered my kettle 20 days ago and I was told that it would be delivered with 7 to 10 days. Today I received an sms to go collect with a dsv pin, I also checked on the website the status had changed to ready for collection. When I got to the locker there was a small box with another ladies name on one side and mine on the other side, I immediately knew that it cannot be mine as I had ordered a kettle and toaster , I called the dsv contact Centre and I was told to go back to the locker as my parcel is there and they would open remotely for me, they literally opened every door and my parcel was not there after I had been on the line with them for over an hour ( waste of my airtime and petrol) they told me that there was a mistake from Makros side and that the parcel was not dispatched! I again had to call Makro to query this and I was told that the parcel has not been delivered and that I should have not gotten the sms! This is absolutely ridiculous! Every time I call the makro call Centre I never get any joy they keep telling that they are “escalating “ the matter. If anyone is thinking of using Makro I would rather recommend TakeAlot as they are more professional and stick to their time frames
