PATHETIC SERVICE

Makro delivered a damaged item. I ordered a glass door fridge and upon unboxing I discovered that the glass is cracked. Called the CS line but they were so unhelpful. Called multiple times asking for an update, all they could tell me was that they're waiting for the store. PATHETIC SERVICE, ZERO CUSTOMER CARE AND NO SENSE OF URGENCY AT ALL. It's been 13 days of waiting, the fridge is still at my place. You'ld swear they're paying for storage 😡
