Pathetic service

I have been placing orders with Makro and have been happy with the service until my most recent order and experience. I placed an order with Makro on the Monday 29th July 2024 and was advised delivery will be latest Friday 2nd of August. Friday the matter was escalated as I reached out due to no delivery being made. Monday 5th of August called and was advised it will be escaped. I was advised delivery will be today. I used the chat option again as i got no notification like I usually do that the order was handed over to courier. So it's obviously not dispatched for delivery. My husband took off from work on Friday, yesterday and today for delivery. If the order is not delivered today please cancel it and refund my money. I literally could have purchased the tumble dryer for R500 less at Hirsch but because I've always had good service and fast delivery with Makro I decided to order it with you based on my prior experience. However, after this I will never use your services again.
