Pathetic service

I placed a order on the 5th of December with makro for a microwave to date no update nothing they keep on saying the parcel is out for delivery today no communication nothing.mind you the drivers was here with no microwave at 10pm at night I even have a video for evidence .its been a month really I live with babies I can’t rewarm the food the way I am wasting without my microwave I paid for pathetic
