PATHETIC Service

I have sent Makro numerous mails and contacted them telephonically and just never get responses. I have purchased an item on 12 December 2024 and never received the item. I have since requested a refund and still haven't had any response till date. I would not not reccomend doing any online business with them, duen to PATHETIC service.
