Pathetic service!

i ordered a fridge last night and cancelled it the next day - now Makro refuse to refund or exchange my product - the staff are rude and unhelpful they said they don't want to do paperwork so i must do it online including the manager at Makro Cornubia Durban - the service is absolutely appalling - i have 7 days as per the CPA yet the Cornubia Makro staff are so unhelpful and rude!!!
