Pathetic service

I purchased a fridge in November 2021 and started using it in February 2022 in August the fridge stopped working called makro and hisense came out a whole month later in September and repaired it. It has stopped working again over 3 weeks ago nothing has been done we had to throw out a full food of fridge including meat in the freezer . It's been nothing but a back and forth thing with makro we are waiting for a credit for over a week stuck without a fridge for a month. I suggest people shop else where as they are extremely useless and offer no customer service to their customers we always have to call them they haven't called us once regarding this fridge
