Pathetic service

I purchased a pool master aquarius automated pool cleaner in February 2020, within a month the pool cleaner stopped working, we went went into hard lock down soon after. When the lock down eased I returned the pool cleaner to makro, instead of a refund the sent it in for repairs although I explained that due to the lock down the pool cleaner could not be returned, a month after receiving the pool cleaner back from repair it stopped working again. Makro sell these inferior quality brands and customers buy these brands because they trust Makro, now I am stuck with a useless pool cleaner which cost me R1000
