Pathetic Service

I placed and paid for an order on the 30th of October. On the 6th of November i decided to call in the call centre agent was not very helpful and advised that i will be contacted the next day. On Monday November 6th i called in again twice and was then advised that the order was never finalized but that it would be escalated. Today November 7thi receive a email stating that my goods were delivered but i have not received anything. I called in again y call got place on hold and than disconnected. Not the type of service I expected from such a reputable organization....IM DISGUSTED HONESTLY!
