Pathetic service

I placed an online order on the 22 April for 4 items. When i checked all items were on stock. 3 items were delivered on time and when i made an enquiry of the last pending order , i was told it was out of stock. There was no update at all from the store and online it still shows my order as pending. Pathetic service from Makro
