Pathetic service

If someone could give 0 stars, it would be to Makro. Shocking customer service and response times to any query. You’re able to order items online stipulating they are available for purchase but as soon as you pay you get emails detailing there are delays as they have no stock of items. Should you want to cancel your order and get refunded, you’ll be waiting a long time for them to have stock of the items they say they have available and by the time you actually get them you’ll be 5 years older. Good luck because nobody at Makro could give a damn to get back to you to sort it out, you’ll wait forever to get any reply. Pathetic!
