Pathetic Service

I made an online purchase on the 01/08/2024, and i used Payflex to pay for the order.

I am left with one month to finish paying for the order as Payflex debit monthly but i haven't received the order from Makro.

I have made numerous calls and sent emails with no luck, they keep on saying after 2 days i will get it.
