Pathetic Service

I purchased a Hisense dishwasher from Makro on the 20th of November 2022. It came with a full guarantee and warranty. It started leaving rust spots in the machine and the runners keep coming off, i have requested a service call and to date this has been a struggle. No contact and no one has come to check the machine. Its been over a month waiting. Makro service is pathetic
