Pathetic service

I am so disappointed in Makro. Ordered a fridge on 1st of December up until today I have not received it. Called customer care more than 5 times, and they will promise that I will get it the next day they have contacted the courier, come the next day and there is no delivery. Right now I do not know what to do.
