Pathetic service
Still waiting for my order placed on 11th dec, delivery promised for 19th sat at home all day waiting, still waiting. Countless calls and what's apps with promised someone will call me, still waiting. It is a gift for my grandson what am I supposed to tell him.... can someone please get back to me. Ridiculous service

09 Jan 2026, 11:14this is now beyond frustrating, still waiting for my refund since the 23 December, my grandson had to go without a gift as i had no extra funds to buy something. i have sent my bank statement where payment come off,......yet i am still waiting all empty promises keep saying it is in for payment, how long does this actually take this is beyond ridiculous
