Pathetic service!

If I could, I would give 0 stars! I phoned and emailed Makro regarding a printer I ordered online for our business. They decided to cancel the order and request a refund, which I neither requested nor wanted. We needed the printer ASAP, which I also explained to them. This after ONE delivery attempt failed, which they tried to made after 20:00 at night to a business...PATHETIC! Their solution, place a new order...WHY would I do that if they were not able to deliver the first order, or even able to assist me in resolving the issue and getting the original order I placed and never cancelled? Never in my life will I buy from Makro again! Not for our four different companies or myself, and I will advise everyone that I speak to to also not buy from Makro, as customer service is non-existent! #BlackFriday
