Pathetic Service!
Absolutely pathetic service! do you take peoples money to promise them collection/delivery, to up your sales by lying that you have stock and then call the clients 3 days later to say you have run out of stock after they needed that item? That's misrepresenting yourselves and out rightly lying to customers. do you do this to record a sale? then your call center agent calls me with saying the stock is coming in- but they just not sure when? what do I want to do? I want you to fix the mess up and stop lying to your customers. When I purchased my tables it literally said that it would be available for collection the next day, which I then re**** on, only to be called 3 days later to say the store ran out of stock? What now?
No it is not! because now you have cancelled my order without consulting me. Your call center agents are absolutely appalling and do not know how to do their jobs- the very same table I expected to get for R499, is now R799!!! I mean what is that?! this is absolutely pathetic service for the lack of a better work, the sad thing about this, was that I got a message to say my tables are back in stock! So because you did not want to stick to your word you cancelled my order and now I need to pay nearly double for the item you promised me?! how does that work? please explain?
