Pathetic service
<p>I called and spoke to Brenda from the Ottery branch and asked for pool salt she said they had10 I asked her to keep 6bags for me u til Sunday. She said she wouldnt be working Sunday and would tell her colleagues to keep it for me.When I got there Sunday there was no stock left none kept asise for me!!!! <br />Pathetic service as I drove all the way to Makro just for the salt which I couldve gotten at any poolstore on Saturday.Pool stores dont open Sunday's so now I cant do anything.Now I must wait till in the week when water restrictions come ito effect and I must fork out a ;@($ load of money to sort pool out.<br /> <br />Not to mention I had to plan the day around going to makro as its out of my way and closes early.I had to drop what I was doing in claremont to get to Ottery before they closed. Now I must go back to Claremont to finish up my errands!!!!waste my time and petrol and now going to cost me more money!!<br />HATE this store will not be back THEIR SERVICE IS PUTRID</p>
