Pathetic service

<p>My partners new xiaomi phone was in his pocket when the screen cracked for no reason, this phone is brand new and doesn't have a single scratch on it. Thinking that since we bought it from Makro they would be the best option and we took it to them to get fixed. </p> <p> </p> <p>They happily took it in and sent it to their supplier to fix. I got a call from them on Thursday telling me the phone had been dropped and quoted R1600 to fix the screen. I told them this was highly unacceptable and that it should be fixed foc due to factory fault. Thabang happily sent them an email to this effect and ccd me in. </p> <p> </p> <p>A week goes by with no reply so I have to phone in only to find out the supplier rep**** that same afternoon telling them it couldn't be done foc. Not a soul tried to contact me and let me know. I once again said no that's not acceptable due to the phone breaking in a pocket and not being dropped. This time the person on the phone refused to cc me in. </p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted them he t again this morning due to no one letting me know what's going on only to be told in writing by one Ms Naa'ilah Milanzi that 'you put unit In your pocket at your own risk'. </p> <p> </p> <p>This **** level of service is going to lose Makro the support of both of us going forward. </p>
