Pathetic Service

I placed an online order with Makro on the 20th August 2024, to which the money was deducted as it should be, but a few days later Makro cancels the order. I however enquired about it and the fact that I did not receive my refund to date, I have now sent emails and made numerous phone calls only to receive the same answer everytime, refund finance section hasn't processed it yet and will get back to me in 24 to 48hrs. It's been numerous 24 to 48hrs already. I tried writing a review on there website, but was told they will not be posting my review, so it looks to me like Makro only posts good reviews to make themselves look good, but dont take into considerstion the bad reviews. I called again today and was told once again to wait another 24 to 48hrs, why am I begging for my own money for a product I dont even have nor am I interested in buying anything from Makro, with this type of service. MAKRO IS PATHETIC... ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK.
